ANNUAL DUES


Property Owners Association Dues Schedule

The association has the following dues structure for all property in the community:
An improved lot (with house)           $525 per year / $500 if paid before Jan. 31 of year due
An unimproved property (lot only)      $180 per year / $170 if paid before Jan 31  of year due

If a property owner has adjoining unimproved lots next to his improved lots the $525 fee only applies. If there are other lots not adjacent to the improved lots, then the $180 per lot applies.
The dues are due in January of each year and will be billed in November.
Since we are a private neighborhood we have to pay for all our services. The revenue from dues covers the following in our neighborhood:
 
  • Snow removal
  • Street paving and repair
  • Bridge maintenance and repair
  • Mowing of the road shoulders and tree cuttings
  • Entrance flowers and signs
  • Street signs and stop signs
  • Street Lights
  • Insurance
  • Accounting services
 
Property connected to the sewer system will be under the control of Aqua NC, a Cary, NC Company;
this is not part of Willow Creek Property Association.

The board of directors is a voluntary committee dedicated to keeping our community safe, clean and a desirable place to live. We ask all property owners to participate with the association’s dues structure and encourage suggestions and participation.
